Chapter 2: Just keep going.

Josh and his Dratini were travelling along Viridian forest, they were looking to catch some new teammates. Out of nowhere, a wurmple covered Josh in string. A wild Pidgey started to peck at Dratini, it appeared as if they were going to be wiped out. Dratini was at near end, with Josh not being able to command anything as he was covered in string. Dratini, struggling to survive, let out a HUGE Shock. Pidgey fell out of the sky, Wurmple was fried. The shock allowed Josh to wrap out of the string, and threw out a pokeball at the Pidgey. 1.2.3.....PIDGEY HAD BEEN CAUGHT!
Josh: Wow, a new teammate! But this Pidgey didn´t seem too friendly, I might have to store him away somewhere.

*CACKA! CACKA!*
A large Pidgeotto was coming down, about to swoop Dratini. Neither noticed, as they turned around in Shock, Pidgeotto dropped, it was like raining birds!
A man came out of the bushes, he had threw a rock at Pidgeotto to save my Dratini. We had to thank him.
Josh: Hey man, Thank you so much. This forest is full of pokemon trying to steal my Dratini!
Man: My name is Gary, I was on my way to see Brock, I Want to get to the Pokemon League and he is the first gym leader in my way!
Josh: Thanks, Gary! wanna travel together in this forest to keep safe?
Gary: Sure man!

The two trainers barely got through Viridian forest alive, but thankfully they kept together and got to the next town.

Josh: Man, this Pidgey that I caught is one bad egg! He might help me beat Brock though, with him and Dratini we can´t lose!
Gary: Brock is stronger than you think, he even has an Onix!
Josh: Well still, this Pidgey will help me a lot!

*BOOM* Josh went down hard.
Gary pushed Josh out of the way and took the pokeball, thus stealing Pidgey,
Gary: Heheheh, you helped me get through this forest. You also helped me gain a Pidgey, you´re such a sucker!
Josh: He.....Hey, that´s my Pidgey!
Gary: WAS Your pidgey! Now it´s mine and theres nothing you can do to stop me from Beating Brock!

Gary ran off, Josh was back to one Dratini. There was no way he could beat Brock with just a Dratini.
Josh and Dratini travelled to the Pewter City Pokemon Center to restore Dratini to full health. As they walked out to train for the first gym and catch some new pokemon, some kid tripped over Dratinis tail. IT WAS GARY!

Josh: Karma hurts doesn´t it?
Gary: Aha-aha-aha shutup.
Josh: Give me back my Pidgey.
Gary: Battle me for it punk.
Josh: GOOOO DRATINI!
Gary: GOOOO PIDGEY!
Josh: Hey that´s not fair! even if I get Pidgey back then he will be out cold and will have to rest for days!
Gary: Tell you whats not fair? The fact that you caught a Dratini on your first try, when I can´t even catch a god damn Wurmple by myself!

Dratini and Pidgey had a hard battle, but when Pidgey flew to the sky preparing for a devastating peck, Dratini let out a huge thunderbolt and fried Pidgey. Pidgey fell out of the sky, landing on Dratini. It was purely whoever got up first one here. Gary threw a Potion at Pidgeys mouth, I had no idea! Pidgey flew up. Dratini was out cold, Gary had won.

Gary: That Dratini of yours has a good heart, but my Pidgey is pure evil. Evil always conquers.

Brock: There he is officer, that is the one that assaulted a young boy and stole his pokemon.
Police: Ah, Gary. Again trying to steal pokemon? give the boy his Pidgey back.
Gary. NEVER! PIDGEY AND I ARE GOING TO BE TOGETHER FOREVER!

Dratini let out a soft purr, smooching the Pidgey with itś last breath before it was out cold. Pidgeys eyes were going from a dark black, to a light blue.
Pidgey pecked at Garys head, throwing him right into the polices arms.
Police: Gary, if you do this again you´ll go to Juvy you know? Just come downtown and answer a few questions.

Pidgey flew into Joshs arms, Pidgey had turned good. He had seen Dratini and how big of a heart he had and Pidgey had been enlightened. Josh headed back to the Pokemon center to have a rest and then he would go train for the first gym.

I was walking to the hairdressers, I couldn´t stop thinking about my family. What if I was too hard on them? I mean I didn´t even say goodbye. I could give Oak a call, but that wouldn´t help.
Hairlady: Now, I´m just going to style it a little, maybe dye it and then we will be done. Close your eyes hun.

After no time she was done, I opened my eyes and looked in the mirror. I couldn´t believe what I saw in front of me...

No, that´s not me. That´s the girl I saw, she was beautiful. I wanted to ask her out but I just couldn´t. She handed me the mirror and I looked stunning!

Hairdresser: Have a nice day now!

I walked to the gym, preparing to face Angus
Hairdresser: Wait!
Josh: Oh, yes!?
Hairdresser: If youŕe going to the gym, then take My Bayleef! She knows a water move, I don´t know how!
Josh: Thanks! I´ll meet you outside in an hour.

I walked into the gym, There....There were two people!? I walked up to Angus none-the-less. But I caught the eye of a trainer

Trainer: You´re 10000 light years away from facing Brock! GOOOO GEODUDE!
Me: uhhhhh, go Dratini?
Trainer: Haha! That dratini is stupid, geodude use rock smash!
*Geodude throws a rock right over dratinis head, it cracked right on top of him*
Me: Dratni, use Wrap!
*Dratini wraps himself around the opponents geodude*
*Geodude is hurt by wrap once again*
Trainer: Geodude, use strength!
*Geodude pushes Dratini right into the wall, Dratini faints here*
Me: Ohh man, Your geodude is tough! I can´t imagine what Angus is like!
Trainer: Angus uses a completely different style, muahahaha!
Me: Goooo, Pidgey! And use tackle
*Pidgey tries to tackle Geodude, but Geodude pushes Pidgey into the ground*
Trainer: Use rock smash!
*Pidgey gets his head caved in by a rock, almost out cold*
Me: OOHHH NOOO! PIDGEY COME BACK!
Trainer: Looks like you forfeit!
Me: GOOO BAYLEAF!
Trainer: Oh crap.
Me: Use Razor Leaf!
*Two razor sharp leaves slice Geodude in half*
*Geodude faints*

Trainer: Uhhh, lightyears is distance not time! I can´t believe I stayed when this is a fire gym now!

Wow, that was rough! I´m gonna have to train more!

Pokemon: Owns a Dratini, Owns a Pidgey and is borrowing a Bayleaf

Location: Pewter City

Josh was getting ready for his date with Vlalerrie, he was in a snazy looking suit with his pokémon with Nurse Joy. Dratini purred at Joshs leg so cutely.

Josh: Dratini, you have to stay here with Nurse Joy. You´re going to be here in the playpen with all the other pokémon, but i´m leaving you in charge of our group okay! Be a big guy and make sure Bayleef stays with you guys aswell!
*Dratini nods at Josh*
Josh: Okay Nurse Joy, i´ll be back in a little while!
*Josh walks to the pokémart to meet with Vlalerrie.*

Vlalerrie: Hey Josh, you ready to go to the museum :3?
Josh: Yeah, let´s go! *Offers his arm to Vlalerrie*

Josh and Valerrie arrived at the museum, Josh was nervous but the was ready to put on his charm.
Manager: Hello, 2 tickets for the museum?
Josh: Yes sir, how much will that be?
Manager: That will be $200 my kind man.
Valerrie: $200! THAT´S AN OUTRAGE!
Josh: Relax Valerrie, I have $700 here, and a lot more in my safe at the pokémart!
Valerrie: Well, okay.

Valerrie and Josh had a look around the museum, it was a huge place. Filled with pokemon facts, fossills and much more! But back at the pokécentre Dratini, Pidgey and Bayleef weren´t going so well.
(I´m going to translate so that you can undertsand what they were saying, instead of it just being giberrish.)
Dratini: Okay guys, remember there are a lot of friendly pokémon here, we can make some friends!
Pidgey: Hey look, a group of starter pokémon!
Bulbasaur: Look at this guys, these look like nice pokémon!
Bayleef: Wow, you´re a grass type like me! that´s pretty cool!
Squirtle: You guys look new around here. I´ll tell you this now, stay away from that group over there!
*The gang look at a group of mean looking pokémon. Including Shelder, Elekid and a Zigzaggoon.*
Bayleef: They don´t look so mean, let´s go talk to them.
Dratini: No Bayleef, waaait! Ugh. She can learn the hard way >: /

Bayleef: Well hello there, i´m new around here! What´s it like?
Elekid: Buzz off, we´re talking.
Bayleef: That´s not nice! I just wanted to be friends!
Zigzagoon: Well we´re not interested, I come from a much tougher region and could make sure you don´t come back!
Bayleef: But please I just wanted to...Aaahouch!
*Zigzagoon had bit Bayleef on the back*
Dratini: PIDGEY, WE HAVE TO HELP BAYLEEF!
Pidgey: I´m on it!

Meanwhile Josh and Valerrie were looking at a selection of fossils.

This fossil contains the pokémon Aerodactyl, he is said to of been one of the only dinosaur pokémon to live after the Ice Age.


Valerrie: You brought your Pokédex!?
Josh: Well... Yeah, sorry but this is my only time in the museum and I....
Valerrie: So did I! Let´s check out this one next. Don´t worry i´ll take care of the Pokédex work next.
*Josh and Val headed over to the next selection of fossils. BOOM Valerrie goes down*
: HEY WATCH IT BITCH!
Josh: Be nice to...Wait, I recognize that voice. Come on Gary be nice to her!
Gary: We meet again Josh, well i´m going to make sure you don´t see this fossil, i´m going to take it and make sure I revive it at Cinabarr Island!
*A loud alarm goes off as the manager and workers are being held by Team Rocket grunts*
Josh: You´re the leader of pokénappers Team Rocket!?
Gary: Of course, and you´re just a little ant in the way of me making sure I take over the world! Hey, where did your little date go Josh?
*HOO! AH! YAH! Josh turns around to see Valerrie has knocked out all of the Rocket grunts.*
Gary: A....Ah! i´m getting out of here! But i´m taking the fossil with me!
*Gary whips out his escape rope to teleport out*
Josh: Valerrie that was awesome!
Valerrie: Before I was a haridresser I was a martial arts expert!
Josh: H....Hey Valerrie, I know we just met and this is out of the blue but...Would you like to join me on a quest to become a pokémon master?
Valerrie: Well that does sound fun, and I do enjoy pokémon battles. But since I´m a hairdresser I havn´t got to the second gym yet!
Josh: Awesome!
Manager: Oh thank you thank you thank you! here, take all the money we earnt today!
Valerrie: No thanks, we have enough money to carry as it is!

Back at the center Dratini, Pidgey and Bayleef had gotten into a gang fight with Elekid, Shelder and Zigzagoon.
Zigzagoon: You guys are tough! But Shelder can freeze you so bad you won´t ever breathe again! Shelder, freeze the dragon snake thing first!
*Shelder prepars it´s tongue to freeze Dratini*
Shelder: HIIIIIIY...
Josh: Time to go guys!
*As Josh picks up the pokémon Bayleef sticks out her tongue at the mean pokémon*

Josh: Now Bayleef, you´re not going to be my pokémon okay girl?
Bayleef: Bay, Bayleef
Josh: You´re going to be OURS! We´re going to travel side by side, Dratini, Pidgey. Get used to Valerrie, she´s going to be travelling with us to help us become the best!
Pidgey: Pi....Pidg?
*Dratini purs and slithers up and around Valerrie*
Valerrie: I think he likes me!
Josh: well, let me just get my money out of my safe and let´s head to Mt. Moon!

All I can say is, freaking awesome! Can't wait for more, man!
